This research was conducted with the aim to determine effect of Principal Leadership, Work Discipline and Motivation on Teacher Performance at Vocational School Bangun Mulia Foundation. is a type quantitative that will examine variables, namely exogenous endogenous variables by testing hypotheses. The sample used in this study 91 respondents. author uses method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) help Lisrel 8.8 software. Annova. (t value > 1.96) primary data obtained from questionnaires whose measurements use Likert scale tested for validity reliability. results based reliability test showed valid reliable. Based t F shows leadership school principal Discipline, simultaneously influences performance teachers SMK Foundation, while most significant Principal's Leadership Performance.
